Typically, we request a setup window of 2-3 hours. Although, if necessary, we can expedite the process. For clients opting for additional features like custom backdrops, live TV display stands, or more extensive custom build-outs, additional setup time will be required. The videos we provide are typically 16 seconds long and are recorded in 1080p. We can make adjustments to the length of the videos to best accommodate your event needs. 

Absolutely. We can supply a project file for the video overlay to your internal design team, allowing them to handle it themselves or our in-house graphics team is available to assist.

Yes, you have the option to add your own music to the video. It's important to choose a royalty-free track unless you possess the rights to use commercially licensed music. Alternatively, you can opt for a no-music version, allowing users to add their own tracks via social media platforms.
